This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure that I left my review of Chef Adair, who catered our small wedding of ten people in Nov 2022. The food and service that was provided was incredible. Everyone was blown away by our 4 course meal and our guests commented that it was the best meal they ever had.
1st Vegetable and Potato Leek Soup - Crispy Leeks
2nd Maine Lobster Tail & Cognac "Bisque" Sauce Polenta herb cake, braised rainbow chard, lattice chip
3rd Gnocchi Forestiere Potato Dumplings Wild mushrooms, summer-black-truffle-herb-ricotta mousse, house made potato gnocchi, Herb oils, parmesan mushroom cream sauce, parmesan tuile
4th Bistro Filet Forestiere Au Poivre Potato pave, heirloom carrot, cognac pepper sauce
Chef Adair and his team were so prompt with communication - I always received a response within minutes if not within 24 hours. When you are planning a wedding or any event, communication is always key and what makes me trust anyone I do business with. I never had to second guess anything. I would not hesitate to hire Chef Adair again. They truly are amazing at what they do from start to finish!
