Chehalis Centralia Veterinary Hospital

I've only visited a few times, it came highly recommended from a trusted family member. The staff is kind and considerate. Our smaller dog went for his shots, I stayed with him, he was given treats, and was gently checked over. He did well, they kept him calm, and it was a quick visit. Recently our bigger dog gave us a scare by getting into human medication, they handled it wonderfully. I brought her in and she was seen quickly, we went over the possible medications and doses, what the concerns were, options, and decided on a plan of action. Most of the medications were found later, at home. She's fine but it could have been worse. I'm grateful for how everyone there handled the situation, me, my daughter and our dog, and my concerns about the cost. Our dog came first but I was worried about paying the fee, that's where they showed kindness and understanding. My daughter had to be with me but she was able to be in sight without over hearing the conversations about the payments. Big and small they are able to care for both our puppies

I had a bit of a wait for which they apologized repeatedly and it was due to 2 emergency visits that had come in that morning. Dr Fay is amazing! She came out into the waiting room to talk to a family and on her way back acknowledged each animal as she went. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very good with your pets and you. They talk to you in a way that you understand.
