I had high hopes for this service to pump my travel trailer and relied on them to do it before the fall freeze. Initially I had several phone calls and emails with their office that promised service. I received text messages indicating it was imminent. I made 2 special trips from Seattle to coordinate. But they've never shown up. And I'm no longer getting any responses. I've even offered to pay more. Highly unreliable. Very frustrating. I will considering taking them to small claims court if my system has suffered freeze damage.
Update: One year later and in response to the owner's recent post reply.... I hold no ill will. At the time I scrambled...poured several gallons of RV antifreeze into the holding tanks and fortunately nothing froze / broke over the winter.
I wish there was a way to enter no stars, but I cannot. Chelan County Septic replaced the pipes in the drain-field in my house and in the process they broke sprinkler heads and when putting back the pipes for the sprinkler system, they did not test it. They also removed a gate fence and did not put it back together. The job of replacing the drain-field was not completed since there is still the issue of clean-out terminal (it cannot be closed since the pipe in it is too long). Despite multiple promises that they would complete the job, this was not done. It cost me more money to have a landscaping company to fix the sprinkler system leaks, replace the sprinkler heads and fix the gate. I am still looking for someone to fix the clean-out access.
Ask others in the area to work on your septic and do not call Chelan County Septic.
