It takes A LOT for me to write a negative review...BUT...If I could post half a star I would. Several months ago we bought a house that had been wired by Chelsea. We found an enormous tangle of wires going every which way , none of them labeled, so we were forced to call Chelsea. The TV which had been mounted by them hung directly over a fire place and had been fried many times and ,though operable, an ugly jumble of wires hung out the bottom. When Chelsea came by , they just shrugged and said, " we do what ever the owner says." They aggressively pushed a set of wireless speakers on us even though the whole house is wired for sound and there was a one second delay between the wireless speakers and the sound system! They moved the TV higher up the wall but neglected to put in on a tilted mount as we requested. This meant we had to awkwardly and painfully tilt OUR heads in order to view the TV! Furthermore, in order to reset the Apple TV box, which frequently goes out, one had to climb a ladder and blindly contort one's hand into a two inch space between the wall and the back of the TV. When we repeatedly requested Chelsea to fix the problem, they ignored us and never followed through. Finally, thousands of dollars later, we bought a mount at Costco and replaced the archaic, non functional mounting system ourselves.

A big shout out to Kyle and folks at Chelsea Audio. I’ve bought home theater equipment from them for our media room and I found them highly professional and easy to work with.
Not only that, but their prices are competitive and their customer service is just fantastic. I 100% recommended and endorse Chelsea Audio Video! Cheers to them!

I don't write reviews but I must for Chelsea.
I have dealing with Kyle for about 30 years now. known Ford #3 as long. This is the best family ran business I can think of! They have taken years of my questions and we always have the best bang for the buck discussion. They have always taken care of me even loaning me some gear for my wedding reception 20 years ago. Answering my questions for about 30 years is a huge time commitment even if they didn't get the sell today. Now they are finishing up the theater room in our new home. I am very picky and there is no one else I would trust to come in our home to do this except Kyle and his team. I feel that the negative review that was given was by some one that had no clue about anything, as in all time I have dealing with the Chelsea family I have been treated better than you can imagine.
