This office has always had issues with the back office. However dr vey Chen was an amazing person and doctor. I have been feeling with a pa for some time and I thought it was fair at best until I spoke with the Mercedes Sampson. She was the most condcending human being I have ever talked to and she berated her staff like they were children. I just placed a call for the 3rd Time in a week to get an issue handled because the person who is supposed to be handling refills are not. I have been on less than half my dosage of insoline since December. Only to find out their message box is full and the clinic closes at noon not 1 like their site says. When I Finnish being pushed from voicemail to voicemail I get some one from a business office who has no compassion. For the situation. Just call back and speak to the people who mind you are not doing what they are supposed to anyway. I’m so done with this office and anyone who isn’t a yes man. Shouldn’t deal with them either. I have been going here for almost 15 years and it has just gotton worse and worse
