They need to talk to their receptionist about customer relations. Terrible service used to go there in the past never again. Been in there a number of times the receptionist put people on hold so they can turn around and talk about there weekend plans. NOT APPROPRIATE. IF THATS THE BEST HELP YOU CAN GET CLOSE YIUR DOORS

Told me my son isnt covered by insurance, even tho, I am a patient at a Spokane location same medical facility, and my son has the same insurance. Went to a different location cause they refused to see my 6 year old. They took him and his insurance, rushed him to the ER. Yall almost KILLED a child because your old b'tch of a receptionist didnt want to check if the insurance was covered. They made us wait outside too, because stomach pain is a covid symptom.... Yeah well it's also a sign of appendicitis, and many other things fking c.u.n.t

It is the most nicest place and all the people that work there are so very nice and make you feel at ease. I have always had high blood pressure when having dr. appts. not here tho. It's not up like 180/? but below 160/? Enjoy my visits there.
