Compact Chinese joint provides guests with standard dishes at the counter in a bare-bones interior.

Not so many Chinese restaurants outside Oakland Chinatown that rate a review. Yes, many around UCB campus that crush Chinatown. Ok, Chen's Garden is now on my speed dial. I will order dinner again and would like to dine in. Dining area very clean and many tables for singles or families. I like Chen's Garden, would you update or give them your review? Good appetite
