Did a great job of getting my mom her flowers despite my mistake in providing the wrong address. My mom loved her flowers! Great place to order flowers from especially when it's important that they get there!!

I had ordered from them in the past and they seemed to deliver. Now I know I should have read the reviews about them. I placed on order on December 4, 2018 and they still have NOT been delivered nor my credit card refunded the $70 charge. They do not answer their phone, or emails, either through their web page OR Facebook. At this point I am left to file a complaint through the BBB for taking money and not delivering on the goods ordered.

What a terrible experience! I was amazed at how someone could ruin the experience of getting birthday flowers but that delivery driver did that. Telling me that if didn't meet her to get my flowers I would either have to drive to Cheney or wait until the next day. I tried to contact the company and waited a week to receive a reply but nothing.
