I bought a new Chevy Colorado here in September. I like the truck. The sales staff was great. The truck was delivered from Las Vegas and in the delivery the hood, roof and windshield had some scuffing. I discovered this immediately when I got home. I had it documented and dropped the truck off with the service staff to get repairs for the scuffing and for some add ons. The add ons were done but my paint and windshield were not fixed. I brought it back and they fixed the hood. I brought it back again and they fixed the roof, and again to have the windshield replaced. These are not just 5 trips for the same thing. These things have to be scheduled and inspected. So it is more like 8 trips. They gave me a loaner. Usually a Cruze or a Malibu...not a Colorado like I bought or ask for as a loaner. But where I lost it was when they wanted me to fill their gas tank after driving their Malibu 8 miles. I got a less than full tank and gave them back a car back with a tea cup less gas. And how much of my own gas did I use for my repeated trips to get the same thing done? This isn't a fluke. This is consistently poor service. You be the judge. What would you do if your brand new vehicle took 5 months to fix?
