Asada was skirt meat that was boiled, seasoned and then warmed up in the griddle. Flavor was like stir fried but without texture. Kind of like stir fried meat tacos. NOTHING like real carne asada, which is supposed to be seasoned meat cooked on a grill. It was old.

Cheese popusas were 8" x 3/4", with very little cheese. I was embarrased to eat them, because I was looking around for the cheese. Probably a mozzarella type, not the quesillo made for popusas. It was sad. The place will probably close soon unless they hire a real cook.
