I spoke with the managers of the station for 4 days, the last contact was with the employee Irvin Potensiano who informed that the values ​​would be returned in my account within 5 working days. it happens that the values ​​have not been reversed and I feel impaired by the position. I am not one to write reviews, but I thought in this situation was necessary. Late last night my car broke down about a block away from this gas/ mechanic station. I have been filling my car with gas here for just over 3 years... roughly $5000 in purchases over that time. I pushed my car down the road and was able to park at the station. I asked if it would be okay to leave my car there overnight. The attendant said ok. I called at 8:30 in the morning and let them know I was getting my car towed to my mechanic and they said it would be fine there. I arranged everything with my tow and called them back with the time window of my vacating the parking space. They said no problem and I thanked them yet again for their kindness and understanding. When I arrived I told them who I was and that my tow truck would be there shortly.. the guy in charge then said that if they were not working on my car the parking would be $20. In essence this was extortion. Either I use them or I pay for parking. I was really taken aback that someone would take advantage of a person already going through a rough and stressful situation and try to make a quick buck off of their misery. It shows the true character of a person and their business ethics. I was told 3 times that it would be okay to park there... This situation left me raw and angry.. I was shocked that this guy would be so nasty and try to take advantage of a situation just to make a few bucks... I suggest anyone who needs their car worked on go somewhere else.. if they are so swift to take advantage of me in this instance then they will certainly do it again on a much larger scale.. CUMTOMER BEWARE...
