It would only be 1 star but due to the cleanliness I'm adding a star. The store is very clean but I would rather go next door to the competition for better customer service. First incident, I needed gas at 4am on my way to work (90 miles away), my debit card was lost and I've been waiting to receive another one. I did have $10 in quarters to hold me over until I could walk into the bank once it opened. I went to the register at Chevron told the cashier I have $10 in quarters,he told me he couldn't take my quarters, he said he took change before and got in trouble by the manager. I had to go leave and go to the gas station next door, where they gladly took my quarters.
Incident two, today for some reason the system was not taking my rewards number and I earned $1 off per gallon. I tried the kiosk but it didn't work. Then I went to the register to see if it would work there. The cashier typed in the number it didn't work. I checked my app to make sure everything was right. She tried it again. It didn't work. I stepped aside for the customer who just got in the line. I waited until they were finished. Then I asked her could she try again , she told me that this is the last time she could try because she has to reset the system, and she would get in trouble with the manager who was in the back. So what's the use of these points if I can not use them. I'm also wondering what kind of manager has adult employees thinking they will "get in trouble" for taking change and helping to get the rewards number working.
