Used car wash and the wash broke the mirror on my brand new 2019 F-150 company truck. I reported this to the store employee and they took photos and said they would get back to us. They never did. We just called them WEEKS LATER and the associate says that they will do nothing, that they do not know if it was already damaged. We use this gas station to wash and fuel our fleet of 40 company vehicles. We will no longer use this car wash or gas station for fuel due to their poor ethics. GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE NEW 76 STATION WHERE THE CAR WASH IS MORE UPDATED AND STAFF IS MORE FRIENDLY!

Totally agree. An unexpected shower of rudeness is spot on. Especially the chubby girl with black hair and glasses. You don’t turn your back to your customer and carry on a conversation about lotion for 5 mins with your co-worker. While you make your customer wait. Then, laugh rudely, when your customer asks for a receipt. Did anyone laugh about you both not fitting behind the desk? You acted like a couple of middle schoolers.
Chevron: I come there a lot for fill-ups. You just lost my business to Shell. Please correct your rude employees. Thanks.

I just went to this gas station specifically for a car wash. One thing led to another, and their car wash function was not working on the gas pump. Because of certain factors, I had to purchase the car wash at the pump rather than inside the store, and because this function wasn't working properly they gave me a free car wash. I appreciated their help and service, and will be using this location again. Highly recommend.
