So I goto get a red bull from mini market and their card swipe wasn't working. Lady at counter kept telling me to swipe my card. I did it like 6x and the screen stayed the same entire time. I said i think it's broken? She looked at me and said, "ok? It's probably your card". She then cancelled my transaction and then looked away from me like I wasn't there. I told her, "Nice customer skills, I will never ever shop here again." She didn't bat an eye or say a word.
Note the 3 blue arrows on swipe pad were not moving up and down either like they usually do when it's ready to accept your card.
Children have better people skills than that poor performance.
I went next door to the other mini market and used my card just fine with a completely different atmosphere and friendly cashiers.
