Waiting to get food in the drive thur for krispy crunchy chicken. Waited for 25 mins and then they helped people that just got to the food counter before me. Then she was rude. If I was the chicken company I would pull my company out of there. Makes them look bad. I have other places I get there chicken from and it was way better. Two star cause at least I got foo . Other wise be one star

Haven't been to this location in a while but wanted some food real quick and noticed a considerable difference from the last couple times I've gotten something. I made a comment to the cashier and heard there was a new deli manager. Good move, Chevron! Amazing what new management can do to a place.

Very rude employees. I’m not at all impressed with the service. I drove up to the window that’s supposed to be open until 7pm. It was a little after 6:30. We waited there for awhile for the woman inside( who walked by the window several times not acknowledging us). I finally honked as the honk for service sign said to do if no one came. She then came to the window and said that they close the window at 6:30. I asked about the sign saying 7 and she repeated that the window closes at 6:30 and slammed the window shut! So I went inside and waited for service at the counter for several minutes while both employees ignored me. Another customer walked in and one for employees immediately quit what she had been doing, said hi to him, looked at me raising her eyebrows and mouthed “wow”. She then checked me out in a very unfriendly, hostile manner. She spoke in a very rude tone and was reluctant to give me information about when the manager would be in. I am appalled By the whole unpleasant experience. I will not be giving them my business any longer!!!
