This remodel is TERRIBLE. The line is out the parking lot still, it took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru, and they were rushing me out so I couldn’t check the order. I ordered 4 sauces and they didn’t give me ANY. Then, I tried to go back in, but would have to circle the block and wait in the line that was around it. I tried parking next door and walking up but there was no parking. I tried calling for them to bring out the sauce but they didn’t answer. Fix it.

Nasty slimy lettuce and they don't care to respond to customer complaints. Possibly the worst Chick-fil-A that I've been to. I'll go elsewhere.

I ordered what I usually order; the grilled chicken wrap with fries and a half lemonade, half black iced tea. The grilled chicken wrap was wilted looking. The sandwich had obviously been cut in half a day or two ago and tasted like old lettuce. I completed the survey about my visit and never heard. Guess they don't care. Staff was friendly as usual
