The employee at the counter was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, making my friends and me feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We dined in on this visit. When we finally received our order, almost everything was wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a regular one instead. My friend ordered the new maple bacon sandwich, and got a regular deluxe instead. I’m surprised they got the fries right at this point. The receipt had our original order, so I have no idea how they messed it up so badly. We didn't think much of it at the time, and did not bother to say anything due to the already bad experience with the cashier. However, a few hours later, my friends and I all started feeling extremely sick. It quickly became evident that we had gotten food poisoning from our meal. We spent the rest of the day in absolute misery, unable to keep anything down. This was on Thursday, and I am still feeling the effects Sunday night. Definitely would skip this location.
I went with my dog (dachshund) two weeks ago and I ordered to go , waited like 15 min inside WITH MY DOG, everyone was really kind with me and my dog!!!! I went today with my dog again and a Lady from the restaurant, I don’t know who she was, told me “you have to go because of your dog”. This is so disrespectful, she didn’t ask me anything first and didn’t say hello. I was going to make an order to Go! I left right away, didn’t say anything to her and I don’t want to come back! Teach your staff how to treat people!
