Ordered 4 entrees at the drive thru 6/4/24. We were told the breaded nuggets were backed up and we needed to wait in the parking lot for the two orders. No problem. 5 min later they brought them out. We should have checked, but upon arriving home neither of the two 12-ct breaded nuggets we had paid for -- and were told to wait for -- were in the bag.
So why the review? The food and service is generally great, and mistakes happen. Well, I went on the company website that same night and provided all the specific details. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing in response to that so I submit via the company website again. Well, here we are 2 more weeks later and nobody can be bothered to even acknowledge the issue let alone make it right.
Moral of the story - the food is great - but only if you get it. Remember to check your bags before leaving, and don't expect them to do anything if they get it wrong.
