Jim was great - thorough, obvious expertise, and affordable. The extractor was broken on my great-grandfather's 100-year-old pistol. The internet claimed it would be near impossible to fix. Jim knew an outfit that kept hard-to-find parts for older guns, got a new extractor, fixed it, cleaned it, and a reasonable sum later it works like a charm. Good gunsmithing around here is hard to find - but not anymore if you live anywhere near Chico.

Very knowledgeable and a great attitude. Made it very easy and safe. Work and craftsmanship was excellent. Already referred him to all of my friends. It's so nice to finally have a gunsmith I can trust!
