Not sure if I keep getting the same person, but there's been multiple times that I have called here to get an estimate of the waiting time to my destination and I either get hung up on or they get irritated when I ask ... Uhm it's a valid question. I need to know how long I gotta wait to make arrangements with the people going with me and those waiting on the other end. I won't need to worry about it anymore though. I won't be using this service any more.

I called for a cab ride at 4am the kind lady said 15 mins for ETA . I waited and didn’t get no calls I called the first time no answer the second call I made. she answered and told me she had already came and left and I told her I didn’t not receive a notification of arrival. which every cab service I’ve taken has called before or at arrival . I honestly would say sadly this cab service sucks and now I’m late for work . This company just picks and chooses when then want to pick people up . Why be a 24/7 service and not follow protocols . Would highly suggest better service and communication which they lack .

What I really like about Chico Yellow Cab is that they have a flat rate at about $2.50 per mile. Unlike Uber and Lyft. Uber and Lyft raise their price when a peak happens. Being more busy at depending hours. A taxi can save you some cash on busy times. The taxi driver that took me to my destination was a nice man who I had a good conversation with. THANKS TAXI MAN!!!
