They don't honor Chicos email ads. They are too busy chatting with each other to help customers. Recommend shopping online rather than going to this location.

Darlene is awesome! I came in with an old Chicos card with credit of mine from 2014 and she was able to figure it out. The Chicos near me had long closed down
