The woman who greeted my friends and I was disrespectful, assumed we were loitering, and “reprimanded” us for walking in and “reducing conversion” of the marketing of her store.

I was with my wife while she shopped. I was impressed with the ladies working inside on how welcome they made me feel and how they assisted shoppers even if they were not purchasing.
