If I could I give them a ZERO starts I would. Worst customer service! When your call gets connected the person that suppose to "help" you gives you a horrible attitude. How about you guys make sure the people you guys hired are QUALIFIED for the job and have GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm coming out of a DV home and now I have to look for help and having to call this place and for the person that I'm expecting to help me just treats me and triggers those moments I lived with my ex husband is NOT the experience I want to go through AGAIN while trying to make it with my two toddlers. Do better CHILD CARE AWARE OF WASHINGTON!!!
