Very rigid policies. We didn't feel they are willing to work with families in any aspect. When Covid-19 pandemic hit, they completely shut down their offices and didn't contact patients for over a month. They didn't communicate cancelation of appointments. When finally contacted we were given the option of video sessions (for a 7 yr old with attention issues) or closing our case! We were told we were welcome to start over FROM INTAKE. I asked if we could simply suspend until offices were open again and was was told no that we would have to start the entire process over, which took months to even secure an appt the first time around. No consideration of a global pandemic that is completely out of our control. If we have to start over, we are going to do it through a more family friendly office that actually cares about their patients. Sincerely disappointed with the lack of compassion shown.

This place is amazing. I'd had a difficult time finding a place for my son on the spectrum. Places either weren't equipped to handle him, or wanted 20 hrs/week! This is just right and i dont have to quit my job.❤

David the Psychiatrist is amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. We had Allison as our Physchologist and she too was amazing. Really took the time to get to know my son and bond with him and develop that trust that is really needed. Due to my son starting middle school and being out of the boundary we had to switch schools which led us to Nehah. If we ever had the chance to meet with her (She often called in sick or rescheduled with us) the visit would feel empty and I would leave annoyed. She would talk to my ten year old as if he was 5 and being scolded. I would try to encourage him to talk to her but he wouldn't want to because of the tone she had. Instead of trying to win his trust, she would sit there and basically egg him on by saying things like "I can wait all day for you to talk". It made me question the effectiveness of having a psychologist for my son anymore and sort of steered him away from wanting to talk with someone besides me and get help. After all of this, I requested a new Psychologist or to go back to Allison and today when I called in I was told I was discharged. Nehah had discharged us. Seems as though she picked a profession for the money and definitely not because she has the heart or passion for it. Sad. If I was rating her specifically, I would have chosen 1 star but David and Allison were amazing.
