Update: I have continued to use this office and conditions have improved. The office has been much more respectful of my time/my son's time. We have been seen within 15 min. of our actual appointment time. Dr. Busto is kind and attentive.
This office has no respect for the clients time. I have an ADHD child and we are NEVER seen in a timely manner. I made an appointment for a Wednesday (my day off) only to be called and told by a staff member that I would have have to come in another day. I was forced to take time off from work at the last min to come in on Tuesday at 4:10 instead. It is now almost 5 and we are still waiting. This happens every time we come here. Apparently anyone that's not a doctor is not important. Update
Terrible compassion at this location These people truly do not care about people or the children they care for They take your insurance and money and you will be treated like trash
