My son's girlfriend worked here for about 9 days. She ended up leaving due to the way the children were treated(not joking at all). I am amazed this place is still open. I can't believe that some people are even working there. I am so upset to hear what goes on at this low budget daycare. The employees there are very bias to individuals depending on what they drive and how they dress. Be careful if you look like you have nice things they are not very nice to your child or you. They put on quite the act when state and parents come around. I don't think men should be taking little girls to the restroom, I think that's odd. The idea that children are yelled at disciplined by employees who grab them remove them from a room to be put in another room with no snacks is abuse. Forcing children to take 2 hour naps and go to the restroom when they don't want to is abuse. I can't believe how lazy these people are. I also can't believe the lack of patience these people have. They are babysitters not doctor's, psychiatrist or nurses. You have no right to diagnose any child. The way it was explained to me on how this daycare is ran, it sounded like a horrible orphanage or prison. Either parents do not know or they do not care about their child. They need to open the windows up so people can see in. Also parents should beable to check on their children from their phones by video cameras anytime. They do it at doggie daycares why not human? To see my son's girlfriend so upset and to have to witness this horrible, unprofessional behavior was very uncalled for and unfair. Not only do they treat your children bad , they treated my sons girlfriend horrible, to the point she had to leave. I am so disappointed in this business. The state doesn't care about your children, for God sakes. There is no structure and it's apparent that this daycare does not hire the brightest or the best for the job. They hire miserable, lack of patience individuals that are pretending to care about your children. LISTEN TO YOUR CHILDREN, AT LEAST THE ONES WHO CAN TALK. WATCH THEIR BEHAVIOR ! YOUR BABIES ARE NOT PROPERLY BEING TREATED. Also if you're from California they do not like you and say horrible things about you. I personally am sick of the blaming Californians as I am from there proudly. It sounds ridiculous when individuals blame Californians for their problems. My sons girlfriend had to listen to them bashing Californians. I told her people with a low IQ and EQ usually will do this. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. YOUR CHILDREN DESERVE, LOVE, PATIENCE, AND UNDERSTANDING FROM PEOPLE WHO REALLY CARE. Treat others how you would want to be treated. I hope people see this post and it opens their eyes. Stand up for our children it's our responsibility to protect our babies, they are our future.
Wow!!! I have never been more pleased with a daycare facility. My kids attended children's village for 6+ months and grew close to everyone! Dropping them off was nice cause everyone of my kids teachers greeted them as soon as the door opened along with half of the class :) Picking them up everyone exchanged see you laters, high fives & sometimes hugs. Everyone has such great personalities and are so laid back that they made us feel right at home :) the cleanliness and structure they have is a HUGE plus!!! Anything was wrong I got a call, anytime I had questions I got answers. Every time i picked up my children they all had smiles on their faces and were so excited to share what they had done that day. I couldn't find a folder big enough to keep all thier papers they brought home everday! It was nice to see them with handfuls of their art work cause I was reassured they weren't just sitting around. I'm very satisfied with the care and love of this amazing childcare environment!
Anytime something happened I was notified of sickness, accidents etc. They are awesome at keeping you in the loop while your away. I called a few times just to check in on them and they reassured me right away that my kiddos were alright and that they were in great care :)
Also the meals and snacks my kids enjoyed! Lol they would never leave without getting their snack to go :)
Thank you all for helping me care for my children and most of all thanks for creating such special bonds with my babies! Its comforting to know that y'all made such a positive impact in their lives! Bonds that will only grow stronger and never to be forgotten!
