Not sure what happened- but the food has gone downhill. The fries taste like cardboard. The burgers taste like charcoal, and the Santa Fe chicken salad is lettuce and tomatoes with spicy Doritos and freeze dried chicken. Customer service is fabulous!

One of our meals was a chicken sandwich, it was survived crispy on the outside and still frozen in the middle. I had salmon it was very good. Server was either new or really not trained. Food dropped before silverware, asked for steak sauce didn't get till nearly done with meal and only after asking twice. Asked for pepper for soup and didn't get until asking other server walking by. When she dropped the change back from my cash payment it was suppose to be $18.98. She said she didn't have change, so she only gave us $18.00. Or we could wait and she would ask manager for some coin.

This could be a great little neighborhood spot, because there are lots of cheap appetizers and a few drinks specials. I think the chicken wings are not very good and there was an up charge on my bill although the server said I could swap it for free based on the combo I ordered. This wasn’t a problem, but I didn’t figure it out until I looked at the bill. The payment machines are very dirty and nasty. You do get a family friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. They also do a little birthday song if you’re celebrating.
