I recently dined at the Chili's in Spokane, and I can't stop raving about the experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere that set the stage for a fantastic meal.
The Southwestern Egg Rolls were absolutely delicious! Crispy, packed with flavor, and the perfect appetizer to kick off our meal. The Mozzarella Sticks were a close second—perfectly gooey and paired with a savory marinara sauce that had us craving more. For the main event, the Chicken Crisper Combo did not disappoint! Juicy, perfectly fried, and incredibly satisfying; it truly hit the spot.
To wash it all down, we indulged in their Espresso Martini and Sangria-rita, both of which were top-notch! The cocktails were expertly crafted and added a delightful twist to our evening.
A special shoutout goes to our waitress, Dawn, who was the sweetest and most amazing server we could have ever asked for. She was attentive to our needs and genuinely kind, making us feel right at home. To top it all off, she shared adorable pictures of her cat, which truly made our night!
I can’t wait to visit this Chili’s again. If you're in the area, make sure to stop by—it's an experience you won't want to miss!
We went to get the bottomless soup and salad. They no longer have that.. Everything we had, however, was great. When we first walked in we said can we sit in the bar. The gal said I can't tell you what to do but you will wait over an hour for service. Not the case. We had everything within 30 minutes. I get short staffed situations. I am just saying a more positive person needs to sit people. Everything was wonderful and the bar staff was great. The food was so tasty as we remembered. 😀 Yes it was very vey busy but they pulled it off despite the person sitting us making us feel guilty for walking in.

Ordered the curb side. The special sauce burger didn't have much sauce. The app doesn't give any space for special requests or more changes. I would call to place my order next time. The salsa was extra hot today too. 😔 The app also didn't let the people know I was waiting out at the curb but the girl bringing out another car's order saw me and it listed my car and color but didn't bother to check if I had an order. It was ready at 7:00-7:05 and I called at 7:15 and they said they didn't know I was there. We only come to Chili's every so often because this is the closest one to us. I'm in the Seattle area. Bring back the one in Bellevue or on the western side of Washington.
