Very responsive. Called on Monday they were here on Tuesday (while it was snowing). The technician, Dave was very thorough and took his time to explain everything including options to consider for two separate projects. It's important that contractors/electricians, etc. take their time with a customer and educate them if needed and that's just what they did.

The tech was here 15 minutes after I called. He fixed a wiring problem of my own making (DIY replacement of light switches) and while he was here, gave me an education about electricity, switches, loose wires, and how not to burn my house down. :). Very happy with the service call today.
