Andrew from Chimcare was awesome when he came out to do our chimney sweep and inspection. He kept us in the loop as he performed the tasks. Quick and clean. Gave us a thorough wrap-up and quote for repairs at the end. Low pressure. He just let us know what was the most important to fix. Very personable and professional. He really loves his work!

A few months later, we scheduled with Harold to have Dan & Ricardo came out to replace our chimney caps, rebuild the crown and tuck-point the stack. These experienced masons were professional and friendly, and made sure to let us know to close our windows BEFORE they started grinding out the grout and creating a dust storm. (thank you!)

By the time they were done, everything was cleaned up and we had a beautiful new chimney. Excellent quality.

I was blown away with Chimcare’s service from my initial request for a quote all the way through to project completion.

When I requested the initial quote, they were very responsive. Being a very picky person, I requested the quote be changed multiple times and had numerous questions. Chimcare thoroughly and professionally met my needs and concerns each time and ensured I was completely satisfied with the quote before moving forward. I felt very informed and confident the entire time.

Two very professional workers tore down my existing wooden chase and rebuilt it. This included the removal and installation of the flue for the fireplace, the flashing around the chimney, a brand new stainless steel chimney cover, and a complete paint job to match the existing house paint (trim too). This was professional grade construction. It took them four days to complete. They even reached out to me when they discovered the wood rotted farther than I had realized. They truly cared about their work and the finished product is the paramount of remarkable craftsmanship. The Chimney and Chase were also inspected for fire safety during the re-build.

After the work, the office was very helpful in arranging payments. All-in-all, my experiences with the entire staff were nothing but positive. This company operates like a well-oiled machine and I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking quality service with peace of mind for their chimney repair needs.
