I gotta remember to stop going to this Chipotle. I vaguely remembered having an issue the last time I stopped here but it was a few years ago, so I thought why not, I'll give them another try. Nope, still bad. 8:20pm (more than 1.5 hours before closing) and they're out of iced tea, and unwilling to make more. (The iced tea is the main reason I stop at Chipotle as opposed to somewhere else!) I've worked in the restaurant business, I know it takes like 5 minutes to make a pot of tea, and they're just being lazy. Moreover, the place is dirty. All the chairs are already up on the tables (again, hour and a half before closing and a line of customers still coming in). The message is abundantly clear that the employees don't want to be there and want everyone to leave as soon as possible. If you want Chipotle, find some other location that actually wants your business.

The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was terrible. Bathroom was dirty, broken toilet, walls in the dining area were covered in splatter and dried food, utensils and napkin holders were empty. Myself and several other people were asking for utensils and the heavy set female wearing a rainbow colored belt running the cashier was giving attitude to everyone asking. She then proceeded to refill the supplies by slamming the tubs in place and slamming the cabinet door shut while everyone was waiting. Only three of the nine unoccupied tables were clean enough to use. This place was exceptionally dirty and the general attitude of the place was terrible. It seemed like no one wanted to be there. Including most of the people trying to get food.

This Chipotle location has decent portion sizes. Good but not great. The food tasted great though. The service is quick but not personable. The atmosphere is busy and very dirty. The bathrooms were atrociously dirty and smelled. They needed a good cleaning!
