I used to order the burritos until I had the crunchy tacos. Now that's all I order. But one time my shells were all broken and soggy, and when I mentioned it to an employee, they suggested getting the shells in the side. So that is what I've done ever since! So here we are today. The store wasn't busy, it was just before 3pm. The scruffy guy in glasses was putting the meals together. I asked him for tacos, with the shells on the side. He looked confused. I said, you know, just make a bowl and package the shells separately. He said, "we can't do that" you can't leave the shells on the side? He said that he had never done that. Then he grabs soft taco tortillas. So I had to ask for the crunchy shells. He seemed to be so bothered. Dumped my ingredients into a bowl, and the shells in another, I would have been fine with a piece of foil... Then gets me to the cashier and says you'll have to explain that to them, I don't know what we did here... This guy should not be helping customers!
