I visit here pretty often, usually with my daughter or to take food to go. Today, 7/25/24, when I visited to dine in with my daughter everything was fine up until we had gone to use the fountain drink dispenser. The dispenser was out of ice. I went up to the counter and waited patiently before asking if they could possibly fill up the ice dispenser. The lady who was making ‘online orders’ rudely says, “we’re not going to fill up the ice, we’re busy”. I could not believe it. I did not want confrontation but who wants to drink room temperature lemonade with their food? So I went back up to the counter after returning to my seat to ask the gentleman behind the counter if he knew about how long it would be until they could fill up the ice. He proceeds to tell me they are “out of ice for today”. So, one person is saying they are basically “too busy” to accommodate their guests and the other is saying they’re completely out. I ask for the manager. The manager comes from the back and when I tell her the situation, she “goes to check” if there is any ice. About a minute passes and the gentleman returns with a cup of ice. So they were not out and just too lazy to fill it up. This is what happens when you hire a bunch of 20 year olds and the manager couldn’t of been much older as she didn’t even say anything about her employees being rude and the other basically lying saying they are out. This place has gone to , dirty tables and passive aggressive employees. I will be avoiding this place from now on. Do better and treat people respectfully especially the lady doing online orders!
