So I show up to chipotle that doesn’t have any cheese… all they have is the fancy cheese, and they want to sell it to me for an up charge, even though they do not have any cheese to sell me…. so I asked if I could have the cheese that they do have at the same price that they would be selling the cheese that they ran out of… they told me no, this is our policy.
Poor business!

The people who work here have terrible customer service and constantly make simple orders incorrectly. Plus the serving sizes and quality are typically awful! Worst chipotle I've ever been to and I've been dumb enough to go back many times. I'd suggest driving out of your way to a different location.

Best meal ever, the employees were super nice and the portions are good. I was doing about 30 minutes of errands after picking up the food and the bowl is still hot.
