I work nearby and not many places to eat so even though I stopped eating at Chipotle years ago due to bad experiences once in a while I decide to give them a try....it's always a bad idea.
First off, not sure why but this location always seems to add a ton of salt to everything. All their stuff tastes much saltier than any other locations I've tried.
Today I tried them once again and they did something that all Chipotles do which has always irritated me. Basically if you go to any location at any time of day other than lunch rush time, they give you heaping bowls full of food, great. BUT if you go close to their lunch rush they skimp on EVERYTHING, practically serve you with tweezers and even if you ask for extra they just add a couple of more grains of rice or a few more beans.
Now, I get it, they don't want to run out and have to wait for more to be brought up while impatient customers huff and puff etc. But if you're giving me noticeably less food then maybe you should also charge me less around this time of day? It's only fair honestly and I know it won't happen but one can dream right?
Stopped by for lunch today decided to dine in. Atmosphere was nice very clean, bathrooms were presentable. My food was great, however during my experience you can hear a staff member in the background belching very loud, Obnoxiously, & disrespectful especially when dealing with food.
During this time there was two women in front helping a customer during this had taken place. The staff workers looked embarrassed to be witnessing these interruptions as you could also hear "help me" in the back yelling aloud. You could tell this employee was goofying around. This type of behavior is unacceptable in the work environment I'm surprised these types of behavior is accepted with no supervision.
