Food was not great, some chicken pieces undercooked or all fat. Some portions were huge, others were tiny(little beans but tons of rice). Grateful for the large portions on some parts but would have preferred consistency in portion sizes to balance out better.
Chips were stale, and hard, probably old 😭

My last 3 visits, they were out of steak which is the only protein I really like so I had to pay for 3 meals I didn’t even like because they don’t tell you they’re out until after they’ve already done the rice and beans. I maybe understand if it’s almost closing time, but I’ve gone early in the day and they’re always out. Aren’t they supposed to start making a new batch if they start to run low on something so this doesn’t happen? The customer service has also been poor majority of the time. There will be no line and I’ll walk up and there will be 1-3 employees and no one will even acknowledge me for the first few minutes even when they know I’m there. Usually at food places employees at least say hi and if they need a second they tell me they’ll be with me soon. But here it’s like minimal effort from workers. Not all of them, but most of the time it’s like this. I leave annoyed and frustrated half the time.

I ordered the brisket and paid extra for it in my bowl. It might have been 2 tablespoons of brisket. I have ordered from here before and this is the worst bowl I have ever received. This is seriously disappointing! Please do better. Rice, beans, lettuce and toppings are cheap, no reason to skimp and give me a half filled container! Do better people, it's not like the employees are taking this out of their paycheck if they give you more! Disappointed. Won't order again. Given that this place is in downtown Woodinville, I'm shocked it has lasted this long with such poor reviews. Shameful!
