This is the second visit I’ve had to drive back after picking up a mobile order to have them remake it. $10 for a bow and it looks like someone ate part of it when in reality it was just poor service. Either fall in line and have them make it in-front of you or open up your order before you leave.

This Chipotle is not good. Rice was salty and undercooked. The food just doesn’t taste fresh. I’d rather drive clear down to the Chipotle on Main St. WAY better quality.

I visited on Friday afternoon right before rush hours to have an early dinner at chiplote. The food overall was great but the atmosphere was slight dirty. I felt this restaurant is either short of staff or do not even bother cleaning up the mess on the table after customer left. There are rice on the table not cleaned up even though there aren’t many people dine in.

The soda machine with pile of ice on the bottom filling up. The speciality drinks are either not enough or no more drinks which makes customer not even wanted to order the drinks.

Please keep up the cleaning if possible.
