I was told explicitly that guacamole was an extra charge even though I had only ordered the veggies. I went to another chipotle and asked if the charge was valid. They said I wasn’t supposed to be charged.
The thing is, I went to this specific chipotle multiple times before and never got a guacamole charge for getting the veggie option.
I know it's cliche at this point to make fun of portion sizes at Chipotle, but holy cow this place does it even worse! Ordered a burrito and of course all portions were tiny so I asked for extra of the rice and cheese. When I asked for extra cheese I was given a dirty look and the worker (may have been a manager) quite literally pinched at the cheese to drop a few shreds into my burrito. The lack of cheese was pretty bad as is but the pinching was almost insulting. I asked for more and was given another small pinch of cheese at which point I just gave up.
The food at this location tastes fine and generally speaking the workers are nice but after a few times of getting terrible portions compared to other Chipotles I felt the need to write this review. I make it a point to try to never go to this one.
