It's 430 on a Sunday, and 1 person is handling take out orders, one person is on the grill and 1 person is sweeping the floor. There is a line is coming close to being out the door because no one is taking orders. I've never seen this before at a restaurant or fast food place. I started filming because this has to be a reality show. 🤣 While I'm writing this the line has reached the back door and still no one is making food. It's not funny but kinda is.
Usually really fresh, and quick LA friendly service. They do need to work a bit on the freshness of some of the meats there. The chicken is usually really grisselly, and full of mushy fat and sometimes under cooked. And the fact that they have you wait sometimes 15 + minutes to start ordering and make online orders right in front of you over and over again. And basically make you late to where you are going. Also be warry of the guacamole serving size, they will really skimp on it if you don't say something about it. Like I said in the beginning "LA Friendly service"=semi A-hole attitudes and okay food overall. Everytime I eat there can't stop thinking about the salmonella outbreak a few years back at a whole bunch of Chipotle's. I do catch myself praying for good quality when in line...and I am not all that religious.
Update soon by the end of October.
