Just wanted a drink. Employees kept walking by me and around but no service when standing at the cash register. Witnessed employee on break, witnessed employee getting herself something personal to drink then writing on the cup but no actual hi 👋 Witnessed one working on one order. Nobody in line but me. Step up your customer service and know your customers. I’ll never eat there

Wow. I was enjoying my chicken burrito (double black beans double white rice btw) until I came across a whole avocado pit. Not only did I almost choke, the pit reduced the amount of guacamole that I actually received by several cubic inches! When I brought the pit into the store, the manager threw it at me! Complaining on the app only got me a free drink. 3/5

Visited on 07/262024. I scanned my rewards QR code but apparently it didnt scan. The cashier was busy talking to a co worker didnt think it was important to notify me. Not cool
