Came through here twice in a span of 3 days as I was driving from Sacramento to Redding and back. I got to see the place both at peak lunch hours (1pm) as well as slower early evening hours (4:30pm). Both times, service was friendly and prompt, and the food was good. Portions were much larger here than a lot of Chipotles I’ve been to recently. Extremely limited indoor seating—this place is tiny! But a nice patio too. Clean bathrooms!

Portioning sizes are ridiculously small for what they charge. I go to Redding location and never have any issues. Asking for extra meat and was charged for double meat but there wasn’t that much meat in my food! Manager rushes out to ask what the issue was when I asked for corporate number and didn’t do anything to remedy the issue.

The worst experience at a chipotle and one of the worst in food service. An open kitchen is there for you to see the quality of the food. Instead you get counters sopping wet with meat juice and salsa. Untrained, uninterested employees that can't even wrap a burrito. (Not mine, the person in front of me, or the person behind.) Standard chicken burrito order, nothing crazy. Burrito came out sopping wet with very little protein.
