I can confirm the experiences of multiple folks shared in the reviews. Setup with the usual xray with exaggerated findings: when I attempted to ask more questions and time to consider options, the team became hostile.

Pro tip, do not go in ready with insurance.

Overall : avoid these chain chiropractor offices. They are concerned with money not patient welfare.

Really worse service of this location. I made an appointment for 5:30 PM and i drove 30 minutes and arrived on time, saying that they were not registered in the system and said to come tomorrow morning. Arrived on time the next morning. The front desk woman said that if you don't have insurance, the bill will be high. I said I can pay fine, but first I need to get a exam to see what my body problem is and what payment plan I need to know. But the doctor checked up it and did a test, but they didn't give me my examination results or a payment plan, and I left empty-handed. I asked, but they said they will give it to me when i come for the next check-up. It was obvious that they suspected me of not being able to pay my bills or something. I have received treatment in other location before. They gave the results of the test and the amount of the payment below. I don’t want come back to again this chiropractic. I’ll choose other

I’ve been managing a permanent fracture in my spine for the last 10 years and it wasn’t until recently that I’ve experienced frequent discomfort and pain. Dr. Gill has healing hands! Since my injury is complex, it’s taken time to feel my progress but her experience has guided me to relief. From the first visit with Gill I’ve had instant relief. Shout out to her whole team, Patricia, Emma and their newest member, I forgot her name but she knows hot to adjust well! They are all welcoming and very attentive to detail, caring for all their clients and overall chill people! If you don’t think chiropractors aren’t doctors you’re a fool. Without these doctors I would have been miserable.
