Great medium-sized grocery store with many alternative foods, (gf, salt-free, vegan), as well as good organic produce. The regular stuff is also here, but there are choices! Also has a well-stocked natural food and supplement area. The staff are helpful and pleasant and the store is very community-involved and supportive. It may not be the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive and you can feel good about shopping here!

I like shopping here every chance I get as they provide very high quality foods most other chains won't carry.
I always have a great experience with the staff here and a little while ago, had the paper bag break open as I was walking home, causing the eggs I had purchased to crack open.
I went back inside and the manager on duty was kind enough to accommodate! Please just remember to carry the paper bag from the bottom 🤣🤦♂️.

My girlfriend loves coming here she’s literally overjoyed to take a trip out here, shes a health foods enthusiast, over the times we have come here to bring home healthy food and beverages it has been a wonderful experience. We even bought a venus fly trap plant which they sell here. I actually didn’t use to drink kombucha but now i do and its so good this place has a large variety of options for good kombucha my favourite so far is the guava goddess. The workers are friendly and the stores air conditioning is a perfect temperature.
