Went for a haircut only. The guy sat me down 40 mins after my appointment time while he took his sweet time with another customer. And during the cut, the clippers he used without a guard to line up my nape constantly dug into my skin and felt like it was cutting me. I asked him to stop using those clippers and he did. But still, whatever clippers he used, he really dug into my skin and the guards scratched me a lot too. My partner also pointed out that I had a lot of scratches on my neck. Never going back to this place, they have some rookies working there that don’t know how to service their customers. They have a bunch of other barbers working there, but I’m scared to try any of them looking at the standards they have.

What company doesn't have a phone or credit card machine and just has an ATM in the lobby to gouge you with extra fees on top of the huge amount they charge for a simple trim? A Year ago they destroyed my sons hair and he ended up bald. He told me he said a bit shorter, but not bald. I walked into the lobby to pay and walked right by him because I didn't recognize him. Did a double take and realized it was my child. Also Expensive AF.

Called at 2pm to ask if walk-ins were ok. The automated message said walk-ins are ok every day “for your convenience.” I get to the shop around 10 minutes later and get told I’ll be taken. I sit and wait an entire hour before getting up to stretch my legs for 5 minutes outside. I come back and there’s a new dude seated in the barbers chair after I had waited an entire hour. Dude then had the nerve to tell me Sundays were “appointments only” normally. Totally whack way of handling things and even more whack they told me they’d take me and didn’t. If you don’t already have a relationship with a barber here, i’d literally never show up if you were new to the location. First time in my life i’ve ever had a BAD experience at a barbershop.
