Poor Customer Service!! I ordered the SE920R hard case on 04/21/24. On 4/23/24 I received notification stating it had shipped. On 04/26/24 i emailed them via their website and called the number found on google. There was no answer and voicemail stated to text said number. I sent a text and received a response within 15mins (pretty quick) advising “ We haven’t had our UPS pickup they pushed us out for Monday. Sorry for the delay.” I know it's not their fault, but they could have reached out to notify me about the delay or they could have just dropped off the package at a local UPS location to keep the “ SHIPPING 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS”. Once the item was finally picked up by UPS the tracking updated and is now showing expected delivery date is 05/06/24. 15 days to receive a package that cost $29.99 to ship is unacceptable. I have since emailed and texted the number with 0 response from this ChosenArmory. I was hoping they would do something to turn this bad experience around however, they have failed to do so and have zero care for the customer satisfaction. It’s safe to say I will not be doing future business with ChosenArmory.
Been coming to Chosen since 2021, they are the only gun shop I trust with any of my guns! Always stock quality guns and parts for their clients needs and budget. Highly recommended coming to Chosen, you’ll never go back to Turners or Ammo Bros👍🏻
