We used Chris to file our 2021 taxes. He was responsive and got the job done quickly. We signed to e file and received our packet in the mail and then we never heard from him again. We reached out a couple weeks later (per his request) to help us with some other tax filings and after 5+ phone calls, countless emails and a few months… there’s still be ZERO response. We checked out the IRS website and it says they haven’t received our 2021 taxes yet? Very odd business practice to completely “ghost” a client.
