It is with pleasure and a vote of confidence that I highly rate EstaR Mortgage. The level of professionalism and knowledge they have is passed on to you throughout the process of securing a loan and the whys and how’s are answered either via a call or video of explanation. Communication is really good between the team as they work together and even after we have been a customer two years they still send congratulatory notes of encouragement and remain helpful. For example I received a “congratulations on your first year” and I replied with a “thank you but it’s two years!”Now they are helping me with my PMI. It can be an intimidating process to buy a home and the team at EstaR help alleviate some of the anxiety by keeping info simple and straightforward. I’ve been dealing with Chris and his team for many years now. As a lender rep I get files submitted from dozens of different sources and rarely do I deal with anyone as thorough, diligent, hard working or as trust-worthy as Chris, Nora and the rest of their team. I wish every company I worked with were this good.
