As a real estate agent, I've worked with Chris multiple times and every time has been a great, overall experience. Clients are always impressed with his level of expertise; knowledge of the local building codes, laws, and regulations; and his professionalism.
His home inspections are very thorough, he takes the time to explain everything to you and is happy to answer questions.
Reports delivered same day, very detailed yet summarized and easy to understand with lots of pictures.

I highly recommend! I needed a home inspection ASAP, and Chris came by on short notice. He did a thorough inspection and promptly provided a detailed, articulate, well-organized report by the evening of the same day. My expectations were beyond met. He provided professional and honest observations, is very knowledgeable, and clearly cares about his work and the people he works for. Being a first time home buyer I had many questions and concerns, and he was patient and provided thoughtful, informed answers. He took his time and I was still amazed how much he was able to accomplish in the time he was there. As well his rate was fair and competitive. He charged me less than I was quoted by other companies who couldn't make it out as quickly. Thanks again Chris!

If you live in the Bay Area and need a home inspection, Chris Graber is hands down the best. Thorough and thoughtful with years of experience, Chris was able to quickly turn around a detailed written report under tight deadlines. He’s got a great sense of humor and is an overall delight to work with.
