I had a really great experience. They're fast, and I really appreciated how well they communicate with you for each step of process. It was quick and easy to schedule my repair online. I also thought it was convenient to pay for my bill through a text message link. All in all I thought the whole process was very smooth and I would take my truck there again if needed.

I am writing this review based on my experience. I was referred to Christian Brothers by a relative who has had work on her BMW there. I needed Brakes for mine and it seemed simple enough so that I didnt need to go to the dealer for it, plus it was a great deal. I went in for my appointment, I was to get brakes and rotors done on my 2020 BMW. I received 3 calls back to back that afternoon stating to call asap. I called and spoke with Jim the assistant manager who informed me that my calipers were bad and that it would be 4000.00 to replace and wanted to know if I wanted to do that. I let him know that I would not be doing that and to continue with the service that I requested. Once I arrived to pick my car up Jim pulled me to the side and let me know that most people who have cars like mine come there and that its a matter of principal that the dealerships overcharge. That he also stated that my warranty with the brakes may not be honored because I did not get calipers. I went home and started on my research. My car being a 2020 and under 40k miles I was told by several shops that didnt sound right. I then called my warranty company who stated they covered calipers. I sent 3 emails which were never returned to Christian Brothers and then I called Christian Brothers and spoke with Jeff. I let him know the situation, that my car is still under warranty. He took the information and told me he would get back to me. Each week I called asking an update with him stating that he couldnt find matching calipers and that he was working on it. Finally on the 4th week of this I asked Jeff, on the day my car was getting brakes I was told by Jim if I paid the 4000.00 that my calipers would be done that day, so why is it now so hard to find them or is BMW out of that part. He told me that by using BMW that they would " loose their teeth" in it. Basically had I paid out of pocket they would have charged me more and they would have done it. I let him know that this was not right and that had they asked me if I had a warranty then I could have had this cleared up then. He then suddenly was able to get the part from BMW and chatted with the warranty company. I was told if the warranty company calls me to make sure to tell them that my car is pulling to the left or right to push it through however my car NEVER was pulling. I have a new car warranty in addition an extended warranty that kicks in after. Because I am still in my new car warranty I was told to go to BMW directly. I took my car there this past weekend. The result, NOTHING was wrong with the calipers. BMW showed me everything how the 1 and 2 series wear, that nothing was ever wrong with them. I honestly was shocked but not. I really believe that they tried to really upsell me until they found out I had a warranty then wanted nothing to do with it. I would make sure to do research on anything they say you need to get done, make sure you tell them you have a warranty as they do warranty work or claim to, make sure that you stand your ground. This has been over a month of worrying and headache for nothing. While their intial prices are great, it is not worth it.

i had taken in my Hyundai 2018 to be served but only hadd a couple of things taken care of by them they were extremely disorganized. My son remembered Christian Brothers. Now, theye could teach Hyundai people what it is to be professional! Ive since relocated to Spokane. And again, due to some recalls on my hyundai: took to dealership. They actually lost my house keys with a silver dollar my deceased husband had given me. I was told they handed it to me but when i was shuttled home, i couldn't get in. The one in Corpus also had a hard time finding them. But they finally did. Except for the one here. Thank God for you all.
