They were very rude and not professional especially nurses, receptionist and manager. I called them many times for billing issue but they kept saying the manager is not available. I left a message but they never called me back. I finally spoke with a manager and she hung up on me when I was talking. I called them about 30 times for about 4 months. The issue was never resolved and I had to pay for the lab test that I didn't even request.

I've been a patient here for almost 2 years. The doctors Iv'e seen have all provided good care, they always listen to my concerns and address them appropriately. I never feel brushed off, ignored, or rushed, like I have in other doctor's offices. And, best of all, I can usually get a next day appointment anytime I call.
Iv'e never seen or heard any of them act rudely, like a couple of these other reviewers claim.

My mother has been a patient here for 20 years, but sadly I have to look for a a new provider. Dr. Jin was great, but is now retiring. He’s the only reason she kept going here despite unprofessional and rude services from the nurses. If you don’t speak Korean, please seek for a provider from else where. Every time my mother goes here, she’s mentally drained and stressed out for weeks.
